Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to the sale of ZeroCx Bikes Systems S.L. products.

The acceptance of the order of the products offered by the site ZeroCx.com implies express acceptance of the following terms and conditions, without having to obtain the signature of this agreement.
Article 1. Price
1.1 – Prices are in Euros (€), all taxes included, shipping is not included. Thus, the additional postage charge will be specified at the time of confirmation of the order (see section 5.2. Postage).
1.2 – ZeroCx Bikes Systems S.L. reserves the right to change prices at any time. The products will be billed based on rates in effect at the completion of the command.
1.3 – The products remain the property of ZeroCx Bikes Systems S.L. until full settlement of the invoice amount.
Article 2. Ordering
The billing data will be checked from ZeroCx Bikes Systems S.L. The company reserves the right to cancel or prevent an order based on any kind of administrative problem which has already occurred with a client.
The company agrees to accept orders for its customers respecting the following terms and conditions.
The customer acknowledges that he has read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
Article 3 – Availability
ZeroCx wheels are usually sent within one week.
Our range of products and prices published on the website are valid in the limits of available stock.
With regard to products not stocked, our offers are available while there is availability in the workshop. The information on product availability will be referred to the acceptance of the order. ZeroCx Bikes Systems S.L. may, in exceptional circumstances, inform the customer of the unavailability in the workshop or the existence of modifications and/or errors on some products.
In case of partial or total unavailability of the product, the customer will be notified by mail of the corresponding partial delivery or cancellation of the order. The customer will be reimbursed for the missing or canceled part of his orders in a maximum period of 30 days after completion of the order.
Article 4. Payment
There are 3 ways for payment:
- Credit Card
ZeroCx Bikes Systems S.L. can not be held responsible for the misuse of payment methods available to the client. All purchase transactions of the client are considered confidential data.
ZeroCx Bikes Systems S.L., in any case, can access any data entered by its customers, and do not save it on its servers. In the case of carrying out multiple commands, the client will have to identify itself again, to protect him from abuse and fraud.
Only orders already paid (100%) will be taken into account, except in these special following cases:
- Components not available at the moment of the order.
- Long delays in the manufacturing process (more than a 1 month)
In these cases, it will be possible to achieve a 30% to 50% depending on the amount of the order for the complete validation of the order.
In all cases, only full paid orders (100%) will be shipped.
Article 5 – Delivery
The charged products are sold all included taxes in the European Union and out of taxes outside the European Union.
Delivery times correspond to the time of assembly / packaging, which must be added the delivery.
Delivery times may vary from a sale to another. In Spain and neighboring countries, delivery times are usually of one week from the confirmation of the order. Outside these countries, the delivery time may vary depending on the distance from Spain. The products are delivered to the shipping address that the client indicates in the order and / or email.
ZeroCx Bikes Systems S.L. reserves the right to split the shipment. The customer will be charged only once.
The responsibility of ZeroCx Bikes Systems SL will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the order.
The postage will be charged 30€ in European Union countries and 135 € outside the European Union. This price includes the costs of transportation and the necessary packaging labor costs.
5.3 Delivery Problems
In case of absence of the client during the delivery to the address specified by the customer, a notice will be left in the mailbox in order to allow to the client the opportunity to directly withdraw his package at the transporter within 10 days from the notice.
Once the package is received, you will have to :
- Check the product condition in the carton
- Check if the products are in conformity with the order made
- indicate to us any discrepancies by email
If products must be returned, you must submit your request to our customer service in the “Contact” section of the web page, within a maximum of 3 days following delivery of the order. Once past this period, no claim can be accepted, neither the cancellation of the order.
Article 6. Errors in the delivery
Int the case the products are not in compliance with the order, we commit ourselves to refund the amount paid, or the standard exchange of product or products which do not correspond to the order. The request for return of the product in question must be made within 7 days following delivery of the order.
The customer may request a refund of postage for the return of goods on the basis of standart rates in his country of origin. Returned merchandise refund will not be accepted.
Article 7. Deadline for return
All products sold on the page ZeroCx.com benefit of the clause “Money back” for 7 days from the date of delivery.
Customers have a cooling off period of 7 working days from the date of delivery to make the return of unused products to the following address:

The customer must pay postage to return the products
Products must be returned new, properly protected in their original packaging in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, not dirty) and accompanied by all accessories.
Packets whose source is not identifiable will not be accepted (Name, Address, Billing). Only products returned in these conditions will lead right to repayment of the amount indicated on the invoice. The refund does not include shipping or return shipping.
The refund amount will be made only by bank transfer within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
In all cases an email will notify the refund. No product returns will be reimbursed against.
Article 8. Liability and Warranty
ZeroCx wheels are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase on the invoice. The warranty includes defects hidden components of the wheel. In the case of abnormal components, ZeroCx Bikes Systems SL will perform the after-sales following the conditions specified in section 8.3.
8.2 Limited Warranty
Will not part of the guarantee ZeroCx Bikes Systems SL mounting defective components sold separately (rims, hubs, spokes, nuts, bearings, etc …). The products sold can not be guarantee.
Guaranteed ZeroCx Bikes Systems SL cease as soon as the customer replace one or more components or alter the wheel and in particular the shelf. The warranty will be maintained only if the wheel is subject to repair in workshops ZeroCx Bikes Systems SL.
Guaranteed ZeroCx Bikes Systems SL will not be valid for the assembly of components used by the client.
8.3 Customer Service
In case of defective components ZeroCx Bikes Systems SL will perform after-sales replacement parts as soon as possible after the date of receipt of merchandise. Bikes ZeroCx Systems SL will refund the cost of returning the goods on the basis of rates of La Poste, Colissimo Eco International. If the piece in question is no longer available for replacement, it will be replaced by a piece of an equivalent model in range.
The after-sales service will not accept products with obvious shocks, knocks, falls, scratches or under normal use: bearings, freewheel, the braking area of the rim, use of pellets not suitable braking, etc. … or would be subject to change and / or repair.
Photos are illustrative. We recommend you read the description of each product to know its precise characteristics. Responsibility ZeroCx Bikes Systems SL can not be held liable for manifest error between the characteristics of the product and its representation.
Article 9. Protection of personal data
Data supplied by users of the page ZeroCx.com will be incorporated into an automated file whose use is the responsibility of ZeroCx Bikes Systems SL, in accordance with the law in Article 5 of the Data Protection Act (DPA ).
The user is also informed of the possibility to exercise his right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in the terms established by law, simply inform us upon request to this address.
ZeroCx Bikes Systems S.L. may be required to provide the information it provides to third parties. The user may receive communications from commercial order from ZeroCx Bikes Systems SL or from other third parties. The user may cancel its registration at any time to commercial communications ZeroCx Bikes Systems SL or other third parties. The company ZeroCx Bikes Systems SL warrants that it has taken all security measures in the treatment of customer information both on the facilities, systems and files it has.
Article 10. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. ZeroCx Bikes Systems SL and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, shall comply with bodies and courts of the domicile of the corporation for any controversy that might arise from the provision of services subject to these conditions. In the case where the user resides outside of Spain, ZeroCx Bikes Systems SL and user shall, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction, the courts and tribunals of the city of San Sebastian (Spain).
